RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

GENERAL RETURN POLICY

RETURN POLICY STATED BELOW APPLIES ONLY TO RETURN OF ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ARCFLASH LABS, INC.

ALL RETURNS MUST INCLUDE:

A clearly written note explaining the Nature of the Problem, your Name, Address, Telephone Number and Order Number.

Copy of Original Receipt

Reason for Return: Exchange, Refund, Warranty Repair/Replacement

Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Items that are used, not in original packaging or otherwise not in new, sellable condition cannot be returned without prior authorization from a Arcflash Labs, Inc. Representative. If approved a restocking fee of fifteen (15%) percent may apply.

SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES:

Consumer is responsible for all shipping fees to Arcflash Labs Incorporated. Returns should be shipped via UPS or FEDEX for tracking purposes. Arcflash Labs Incorporated is not responsible for returns shipped otherwise.

REFUNDS:

  • Consumer Purchases from Arcflash Labs Online Store may only receive a refund under the following conditions: All refunds are subject to condition of merchandise received by Arcflash Labs Incorporated, and must comply with the return policy.
  • New, Unused Products purchased directly from Arcflash Labs, Incorporated.
  • Defective items returned within 30 days from date product was delivered to consumer.
  • All return merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Credit Card refunds will be processed back to original form of payment within two business days from date of receipt of product at our facility. Exchanges will be processed within four business days from date of receipt of product at our facility subject to inventory.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

  • Subject to terms and conditions of specific product warranty outlined in owner’s manual.
  • Must include original receipt dated to comply with warranty of product.
  • Include a detailed letter explaining the nature of the problem. Be sure to indicate name, address and telephone number. Allow 4-6 weeks for repairs.
  • Email us at [email protected] for additional information concerning warranty returns or repairs of your product.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS FOR IN-STOCK ITEMS:

  • Email us from our website www.arcflashlabs.com to cancel an order.
  • If customer requests order cancellation prior to shipment, Arcflash Labs will refund less a 3.5% cancellation fee (for Authorize.net/Paypal/Stripe orders) or an approximately 0.1% transaction fee (for Bitcoin orders).
  • Funds will be returned to customer’s account within 7-10 days (for Paypal orders), 7-14 days (for Stripe/Authorize.net orders), or 1-2 days (for Bitcoin orders)

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

  • All custom orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
  • After 2 business days from the date of purchase, all sales of custom products are final.
  • Arcflash Labs’ policy is to ship all orders complete. If there are other items on the order that you would like to receive sooner, please remove them and place a separate order.
  • We do not accept returns of Custom Products.
  • Orders containing custom products will ship when the custom products are built.

PRE-ORDERS:

  • All pre-orders are charged in full at the time the order is processed.
  • All release dates are subject to change.
  • Arcflash Labs’ policy is to ship all orders complete. If there are other items on the order that you would like to receive sooner, please remove them and place a separate order.
  • Orders containing pre-ordered products will ship when all products on the order can be shipped.

CANCELLATION OF PRE-ORDERS:

  • Pre-orders can be cancelled at any time prior to shipment.
  • Email us to cancel a pre-order.
  • Upon receipt of your request for cancellation, Arcflash Labs will issue a refund less a 3.5% cancellation fee (for Paypal/Stripe/Authorize.net orders) or 0.1% transaction fee (for Bitcoin orders).

CHARGEBACKS/REVERSALS:

  • tl;dr- chargebacks are a serious issue that put our business at risk. Don’t be a jerk. Talk to us first. Receiving something without paying for it is called stealing. 
  • By using our site and purchasing an item from us, you are agreeing to contact us and attempt to resolve any issue (by email at: [email protected]) PRIOR to initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. 
  • By initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer you acknowledge that your actions are likely to cause irreparable harm to us, our company, and potentially other customers, especially if your actions result in a payment processor hold (see our shipping policies page for more details).
  • If you initiate a chargeback WITHOUT contacting us first, you may be held legally liable for monetary and non-monetary damages that result from your actions including (but not limited to) lost time, increased merchant processing fees, lost sales, bank charges, frozen funds, legal fees, etc. 
  • If a chargeback is filed against an order you placed or if you, in your communications with Arcflash Labs representatives, threaten to initiate a chargeback, imply that you are considering a chargeback, or state that you have initiated a chargeback with your bank or card issuer: you may be banned from using or accessing our site in the future. Such a ban may be temporary or permanent, and may be by address, name, and/or IP address.
